InterviewZap is an AI-powered interview practice service operated by Mobiusly Pty Ltd (ABN 99 134 460 183), a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia. The Service allows users to practise job interviews by responding to AI-generated questions, receiving automated feedback, and tracking their progress over time.
References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Mobiusly Pty Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual accessing or using the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use InterviewZap. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

InterviewZap offers a free plan with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free plan.
Paid subscriptions (Ready and Pro) are available on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your payment information is stored and processed by Stripe in accordance with their security standards. We do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
If you purchased an annual subscription and have not made significant use of the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at privacy@interviewzap.com. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or where the Service has been used extensively.
Where a free trial period is offered, no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the applicable subscription at the standard rate.
You agree to use InterviewZap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, design, graphics, logos, AI models, feedback algorithms, and scoring systems — are owned by or licensed to Mobiusly Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including your CV, job descriptions, and spoken or written answers ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You must not upload CVs or documents belonging to another person without their consent.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (for example, passing content to our AI provider for processing) or as required by law.
InterviewZap uses artificial intelligence — specifically, Anthropic's Claude AI — to generate interview questions, follow-up prompts, feedback, and scores. By using the Service, you understand and acknowledge that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Nothing in this clause limits any consumer guarantees that apply to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobiusly Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of employment opportunities.
Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us at privacy@interviewzap.com with a request to delete your account and all associated data. We will process your request within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Where practicable, we will give you reasonable notice before terminating access.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a period after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Mobiusly Pty Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
